The stainless steel cyclone hybrid spray tower is an upgraded exhaust gas treatment equipment that integrates cyclone disturbance technology and the advantages of stainless steel material, with high pressure and high temperature resistance, high purification efficiency and strong impact resistance as the core characteristics, and is suitable for the treatment scenarios of high concentration of dust, corrosive gas or high temperature exhaust gas in chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, spraying and other industries, and is the preferred device for exhaust gas emission standards in high-demand industrial environments.

From the perspective of structural design, it is innovated and upgraded on the basis of the traditional spray tower, and the core is composed of a stainless steel tower, a cyclone diversion system, a hybrid spray unit, a high-efficiency packing layer, and a gas-liquid separation device. The tower body is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a thickness of 8-20mm, a temperature resistance of more than 200°C, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and high compressive strength, and a service life 5-8 years longer than that of PP spray towers. The cyclone diversion system is equipped with a spiral deflector at the bottom of the tower body, so that the exhaust gas enters and forms a high-speed rotating airflow to initially separate large particles of dust. The hybrid spray unit adopts the combination of "high-pressure atomization nozzle + rotating spray disc", which not only atomizes the absorbent liquid into a 20-50μm fine mist, but also enhances the gas-liquid hybrid effect through the rotation of the spray disc; The packing layer is made of stainless steel corrugated packing or ceramic filler to further improve the gas-liquid contact efficiency.

The working principle focuses on "cyclone pre-separation + hybrid purification": the pollutant-containing exhaust gas enters from the bottom of the tower, forms a cyclone through the spiral deflector, and uses centrifugal force to throw out some large particles of dust and liquid; Then the airflow enters the hybrid spray area upwards, and the high-pressure atomized absorbent liquid is intertwined with the liquid curtain formed by the rotating spray plate, and the exhaust gas and the absorbent liquid are fully mixed in contact, and the acid-alkali components are quickly neutralized and VOCs are dissolved efficiently. Then the airflow passes through the packing layer, and the residual pollutants are further adsorbed and purified. Finally, the droplets are removed by the gas-liquid separation device, the purification gas is discharged from the top of the tower, and the waste liquid is returned to the circulation system for treatment and reuse.

Compared with ordinary sprinkler towers, its advantages are significant: stronger weather resistance, stainless steel is suitable for high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosion environment; The purification efficiency is higher, and the cyclone pre-separation + hybrid spraying makes the acid and alkali exhaust gas removal rate reach more than 90%, and the dust removal rate exceeds 90%; Excellent anti-clogging ability, cyclone and high-pressure spraying reduce the risk of packing layer clogging. However, the initial cost of the equipment is high, and the stainless steel components need to be regularly maintained to prevent rust, and the treatment of ultra-high temperature exhaust gas still needs to be pre-treated with front-end cooling.
