The core principle of the spray purification tower is to purify pollutants by spraying liquid and the specific reality as the main body, and using physical absorption, chemical neutralization or biodegradation. Good purification efficiency and wide range of application The spray tower fully mixes the gas and liquid through gas-liquid reverse contact (gas enters from the bottom of the tower and liquid sprays from the top of the tower), increases the contact area and reaction time, and has a good purification effect on dust, oil fumes, acidic/alkaline exhaust gases (such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, sulfur dioxide), some volatile organic (VOCs) and odorous gases. For different pollutants, the composition of the spray liquid can be flexibly adjusted (such as acidic liquid to treat alkaline exhaust gas, alkaline liquid to treat acidic exhaust gas, or add biological agents to treat odor), and is suitable for a variety of industrial scenarios (such as chemical, electroplating, spraying, food processing, garbage treatment, etc.). 2. Simple structure and easy operation The main body of the equipment is usually composed of towers, sprinkler systems (sprinklers, pipes), circulating water tanks, defogging layers, etc., with relatively simple structures and low manufacturing costs and maintenance costs. The whole process is a physical or chemical absorption reaction, without the need for high temperature and high pressure environment, avoiding the risk of open flame or flammable and explosive, and the operation process is safe and stable, with little potential harm to operators and the surrounding environment. 4. Both dust removal and purification functions In addition to the actual pollutants, the spray tower also has a significant removal effect on dust particles in the gas: the liquid film and droplets formed by liquid spray can adsorb dust, so that it flows into the bottom of the tower with the liquid, realizing the integrated treatment of "dust removal + purification", and reducing the treatment pressure of subsequent equipment. 5. It can be synergized with other processes The spray purification tower is often used as a pretreatment equipment, combined with activated carbon adsorption, biological filter, catalytic combustion and other processes. For example, the spray tower first removes dust, acidic/alkaline substances from the gas, and then enters the biological filter to treat odors or VOCs, which can reduce the interference of impurities in subsequent equipment and improve the overall treatment efficiency. 6. The footprint is small, and the installation of flexible spray towers can be designed as vertical or horizontal structures according to the processing volume, with a relatively compact footprint, suitable for enterprises with limited site space.
