LS Type Screw Conveyor

The LS type screw conveyor adopts DIN15261-1986 standard and is designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T7679-45 "LS type screw conveyor" standard. The screw diameter of the LS type screw conveyor is 100-1250mm, with a total of eleven specifications, divided into single drive and double drive types. The single drive screw conveyor can reach a maximum length of 35mm, with LS1000 and LS1250 models having a maximum length of 30m. The LS type screw conveyor has a length of 0.5m and can be selected according to needs. The intermediate suspension bearing of LS type screw conveyor adopts two interchangeable structures of flow and sliding, with low resistance, strong sealing and good wear resistance. Speed alarm devices and electric discharge valves can also be configured according to user requirements.

1、 LS type screw conveyor classification:

1. According to the driving mode of the screw conveyor, it can be divided into (1) single end driving when the length of the screw conveyor is less than 35m. (2) When the length of the screw conveyor is greater than 5m, it is driven by both ends.

2. According to the type of suspension bearing in the middle of the screw conveyor, it is divided into (1) rolling suspension bearings. Adopting 80000 type sealed bearings with dust-proof sealing structure on the shaft cover, it is commonly used in places that are not easy to add oil, do not add oil, or have pollution to materials. It has good sealing effect, long bearing life, and conveying material temperature t ≤ 80 ℃. (2) For sliding suspension bearings. Equipped with dust-proof sealing devices, including cast copper tiles, alloy wear-resistant (based on actual reports) cast iron tiles, copper based graphite low oil lubricating tiles, commonly used for conveying materials with high temperatures (<80 ℃) or liquid materials. When placing an order, specify the material of the bearing shell. If not specified, supply according to (1).

LS type screw conveyors are generally divided into two types: axial screw conveyors and shaftless screw conveyors. The axial screw conveyor consists of a screw, a U-shaped groove cover plate, inlet and outlet ports, and a driving device, while the shaftless screw conveyor changes the screw to a shaftless screw and installs a replaceable lining body in the U-shaped groove, with a simple structure. The materials are imported and then output through the outlet after being pushed by a screw. The entire process can be carried out in a sealed groove, reducing noise and minimizing the discharge of odors.

Characteristics of LS type screw conveyor:

1. The head and tail bearings of the LS type screw conveyor have been moved to the outside of the housing, eliminating the possibility of reduced bearing life due to poor sealing and material leakage.

2. The intermediate suspension bearing of LS type spiral conveyor adopts two interchangeable structures of rolling and sliding, both of which are equipped with dust-proof sealing devices and use labyrinth seals. The sealing elements are made of nylon and plastic king, with strong sealing performance and good performance. The sliding tiles need to be lubricated with cast copper tiles, alloy wear-resistant (based on actual reports) (based on actual reports) cast iron tiles and copper based graphite low oil lubricating tiles. The bearing life can reach 10000 hours.

3. The surface of the spiral blades of the LS type screw conveyor is coated with wear-resistant (based on actual reports) material, which can double the lifespan compared to conventional blades.

4. The transmission part adopts a cycloidal gear reducer, which has low overall noise, strong adaptability, and easy operation and maintenance.
