Working principle of MS buried scraper conveyor

The MS buried scraper conveyor is also a sealed continuous conveying equipment that relies on a circulating scraper chain to bring the material entering the shell towards the discharge port. When conveying materials, the scraper chain is buried inside the material, so it is called a buried scraper conveyor. When conveying bulk materials, the scraper chain squeezes the material in the direction of movement, causing internal friction between materials and stabilizing the state between material layers. This overcomes the external friction generated during the movement between materials and the shell, and under the drive of the scraper chain, the material generates a stable flow velocity.
