Fu Type Chain Conveyor

The FU type chain conveyor is used for horizontal continuous transportation of powder materials and small granular bulk materials. It is a conveying equipment for metallurgy, building materials, mining, chemical raw materials, grain, dust removal and other departments. It has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, easy installation and operation, simple daily maintenance, uniform feeding, and good sealing.

The FU chain conveyor consists of a head, a tail, a middle shell, an electric motor, a conveyor chain, and a transmission device. It is mainly made of carbon steel and stainless steel as raw materials and is divided into left and right drives. The selection is based on the conveying volume and distance, and multiple discharge ports and feeding ports can be set according to usage needs.

Working principle of FU type chain conveyor

Bulk materials enter the housing of the FU chain conveyor through the feeding port, and are driven by the driving device to move the conveyor chain towards the discharge port based on the characteristics of the material itself. Bulk materials move with the movement of the conveyor chain, and when the internal pressure and friction force are pulled by external forces, the friction and pressure between the materials increase. When the internal friction force between the material layers is greater than the external friction force between the material and the groove wall, and the ratio of the height of the material layer to the width of the groove meets the conditions, a stable material flow can be formed, and the material flows forward like water with the conveyor chain.
