YJD-B Star Shaped Unloader

The YJD-B star shaped unloader adopts a closed rotor, which can be widely used in suction type, pressure type airflow conveying systems and negative pressure conveying equipment. It can convey the airflow pressure inside the pipe without leakage, and can transport and collect materials. Therefore, it is called a universal lock in this regard, and it also has other functions. According to the different temperature rises at the material conveying and discharge ports, as temperature has a significant impact on the expansion of the machine body and is very detrimental to the bearing and oil seal system, our factory has designed an externally mounted structure of the shut-off fan. It separates the operating part from the box part that comes into contact with the material, so that the bearing operation and oil seal system can work normally without being affected by cross temperature. It can also effectively handle the transportation and reception of temperature absorbing materials and metallic powders due to their good penetrability. The material directly enters the bearing through the oil seal device, which will not damage the machinery during operation. It is precisely because of its external characteristics that it will also come into contact with the material.

Common faults of YJD-B star shaped unloader:

1、 During transportation and installation, the star shaped unloader should be kept stable, avoid collisions, and prevent shell fracture and deformation.

2、 Before leaving the factory, the reducer of this machine has been filled with lubricating oil No. 0 grease, and the ash discharge valve has been filled with lithium based grease. Within 6-10 months after being put into use, the transmission and bearing components should be replenished or replaced with grease. If the ambient temperature is high, humid, or there is too much dust in the air, the oil change time should be appropriately shortened.

3、 During use, if the equipment experiences axial air or dust leakage, simply press the material cover.

4、 During operation, it is recommended that users promptly check and install overload protection devices to avoid equipment overload caused by large material particles and strong adhesion, or equipment jamming or motor short circuit caused by foreign objects in the dust collector.

5、 This machine is suitable for continuous operation and allows for forward and reverse rotation.

6、 When the output shaft and input shaft of the unloader are connected to other parts and accessories, direct hammering or hammering is not allowed to prevent damage.
