The working principle of the dual axis humidification mixer is that when dry powder materials are uniformly fed into the tank through the feeding port by the feeder, the power transmission machinery drives the spiral main shaft equipped with multiple sets of blades to rotate. The passive spiral shaft is driven by the meshing transmission gear to rotate relative to the main shaft at a constant speed, so that the materials are mixed and pushed to the humidification section of the tank. After the materials are pushed to the humidification section, the humidifier automatically sprays the dry ash materials, and then fully mixes them in the mixing section behind the tank. When the dry ash materials reach controllable humidity, they are discharged from the discharge port and enter the next process or loaded for external transportation.
