Spring Dust Removal Skeleton

The spring dust removal skeleton is a supporting product for external filter dust collectors.It is available in two types:with or without a Venturi tube,and features extensible flexibility.Due to space constraints within the equipment,there is often insufficient clearance at the top of the dust collector to replace the skeleton.Therefore,the spring dust removal skeleton or(plug-in)multi-section dust removal skeletons are adopted in the design.

The diameter of the spring dust removal skeleton is generally less than 130 mm.It is coiled from steel wire with a diameter of 4 mm,typically extending to 25 coils per meter after expansion.The extended lengths are usually 1.5 m,2 m,and 2.5 m.The surface is treated with post-plating(e.g.,zinc coating).The spring dust removal skeleton is designed with a robust structure,ensuring a long service life.

The spring dust removal skeleton is widely used in industries such as power generation,building materials,metallurgy,chemicals,food,and waste incinerators.

The spring skeleton is a core component of the baghouse dust collector,and its quality plays a decisive role in the normal operation of the equipment.This is widely recognized,and most customers are well aware of it,paying considerable attention to the selection of the spring skeleton.However,while much focus is placed on the material choice,the transportation issues of the spring skeleton are often overlooked.

If the spring skeleton is partially deformed,as long as there is no weld failure,it can be manually straightened without affecting normal use.Such minor deformations generally do not damage the external zinc coating.During transportation,the spring skeleton is considered bulky cargo—light in weight but occupying significant space.Therefore,transportation costs should not be calculated based on weight but rather by volume.The volume of the spring skeleton is the key factor in determining its transportation costs.
