The manufacturing process of the dust collector skeleton mainly includes material selection, steel wire processing, welding forming, and surface treatment. In terms of material selection, carbon steel is a commonly used material with low cost and good strength; Stainless steel is used in highly corrosive environments, but at a higher cost. The steel wire processing process involves straightening, cutting, and bending to confirm dimensional accuracy. Welding forming often uses automatic welding technology to protect the welding points from being firm and free of burrs, avoiding damage to the filter bag.
