Galvanized skeleton is the core component of bag filter, mainly used to support filter bags and maintain dust removal efficiency, widely used in industries such as construction and chemical. Its surface treatment is divided into two types: ordinary galvanizing and color galvanizing, and supports customization according to specifications.

The skeleton adopts a one-time forming welding process of galvanized steel wire, with a smooth surface without burrs, uniform welding points, and stable structure, which can reduce friction damage to the filter bag. The main body is composed of vertical and horizontal bars, including head cover, bottom cover and other components. The structural forms cover 14 types such as multi section and Venturi tube, with specifications covering circular, elliptical and customized designs. The technical characteristics include high strength, corrosion resistance (based on actual reports), and adaptability to high temperature and high humidity environments. The anti-corrosion (based on actual reports) process can also use spray coating in addition to galvanizing, especially suitable for working conditions below 150 ℃. The current technological development focuses on improving compatibility with complex working conditions such as strong corrosion, high temperature, and high humidity.

The surface of the galvanized skeleton in contact with the filter bag should be smooth and clean, without welding scars, unevenness, and burrs, so that the dust removal filter bag can pass through the excellent air pressure of the main fan of the dust collector and the repeated blowing and cleaning of the dust by the reverse blower or pulse valve, or the vibration cleaning of the bag filter without being damaged by friction with the dust removal skeleton.

Technical Requirements

1. There should be sufficient strength, rigidity, verticality, and dimensional accuracy to prevent deformation under pressure, damage during transportation, contact between filter bags after being loaded into the dust collector, difficulty in bagging, and friction between bag frames;

2. The surface of the filter bag dust removal skeleton needs to be treated with anti-corrosion (based on actual reports), which can be sprayed or galvanized. The anti-corrosion agent used for high temperature (based on actual reports) should meet the needs of high temperature;

3. All welding points need to be firm, and there should be no loose soldering, virtual soldering, or leakage soldering;

The development trend of galvanized skeleton technology is reflected in the following aspects: high temperature and humidity, strong corrosive skeleton and filter material.
