Product Details

Stainless steel dust removal skeleton is a support structure for dust removal bags made of stainless steel materials (such as 304, 316, 316L, etc.). Through meticulous welding and forming processes, it provides stable support for the dust removal bag and solves the corrosion problem of traditional carbon steel skeleton in corrosive flue gas containing acid, alkali, high humidity, etc. It is widely used in complex working conditions such as chemical industry, non-ferrous metal smelting, garbage incineration, and power plants in marine environments. It is a key component for protecting the long-term stable operation of dust removal systems.

Its structural design takes into account both "support stability" and "performance stability adaptability": the main body is formed by welding longitudinal bars (usually 6-12, diameter 3-5mm) and transverse rings (spacing 100-200mm, diameter 2-4mm) through argon arc welding, with smooth and burr free welding points (to avoid scratching the filter bag); The top of the skeleton is equipped with a circular hanging cap (for easy hanging and fixing with the dust collector flower board), and the bottom is equipped with a positioning ring (to protect the vertical installation of the filter bag and reduce airflow erosion); For some special working conditions, reinforcement bars will be added to the skeleton (such as when dealing with high-speed flue gas), or integrated molding technology will be used (reducing welding points and lowering corrosion risks). The material selection needs to match the working conditions: 304 stainless steel is suitable for weak corrosion (such as containing a small amount of SO ₂ and humidity ≤ 60%) working conditions, while 316/316L stainless steel can withstand strong corrosion (such as high concentration HCl and oceanic climate salt erosion) working conditions due to the presence of molybdenum element.

The core advantages are concentrated in three aspects: first, good performance and corrosion resistance (based on actual reports). Stainless steel material can resist acid, alkali and high humidity flue gas erosion, avoiding structural fracture and filter bag damage caused by corrosion of traditional carbon steel skeleton. The service life can reach 5-8 years, which is 2-3 times that of carbon steel skeleton (2-3 years); Secondly, it has strong structural stability, good tensile strength of stainless steel (304 stainless steel tensile strength ≥ 515MPa), firm welding joints, and is not easily deformed or broken under pulse jet cleaning (pressure 0.4-0.8MPa) or high-speed flue gas flushing, protecting the filter bag from always being unfolded; Thirdly, it has wide adaptability and can be customized according to the type of filter bag (such as cylindrical or pleated), with sizes ranging from 120mm to 300mm in diameter and 1.5m to 6m in length. It also supports surface polishing treatment (reducing dust adhesion) to meet different dust removal needs.
