PTFE coated dust removal bag is a composite filter element made by coating a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film on the surface of a substrate filter cloth (such as polyester, PPS, P84, etc.). It combines the temperature resistance of the substrate with the precision and corrosion resistance (based on actual reports) of the PTFE film, and is suitable for flue gas in multiple temperature ranges of 80-260 ℃. It is widely used in dust removal scenarios and can achieve ultra clean emissions with an outlet dust concentration of ≤ 5mg/m ³ or even below 1mg/m ³.

Its core working principle is based on "film interception+substrate support": PTFE film has a microporous structure (pore size 0.1~1 μ m), which can directly intercept finer dust in the flue gas, avoiding dust from penetrating into the interior of the substrate; The substrate filter cloth is responsible for supporting the film, guiding and purifying the flue gas, while maintaining the mechanical strength of the filter bag. When cleaning, the non stickiness of PTFE film makes dust easy to fall off, reducing "dust residue", avoiding the continuous increase of filter bag resistance, and extending the cleaning cycle. This "surface filtration" mode improves filtration accuracy by 30% to 50% compared to traditional "deep filtration" (dust entering fiber gaps), and has a higher dust removal efficiency.

The core advantages are concentrated in four aspects: first, high filtration accuracy, with a capture efficiency of ≥ 90% for fine dust particles ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 μ m, which can meet the needs of industries such as electronics and pharmaceuticals that are extremely sensitive to dust; Secondly, it has excellent corrosion resistance (based on actual reports), with strong chemical stability of PTFE film. It can withstand strong acids (such as sulfuric acid with a concentration greater than 10%), strong alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide with a concentration greater than 5%), and organic solvents (based on actual reports), and is suitable for complex flue gases in chemical and metallurgical industries; The third is anti condensation and anti adhesion. The surface of the film is hydrophobic and oleophobic, and it is not easy to condense or adhere to dust (such as asphalt smoke and resin dust) in working conditions where the moisture content of the flue gas is ≤ 30% or contains viscous dust, avoiding filter bag blockage; The fourth is to extend the lifespan of the substrate. The film isolates dust from direct contact with the substrate, reducing the wear and chemical erosion of dust on the substrate, and extending the overall lifespan of the filter bag by 50% to 90% compared to uncoated substrates.
