P84 dust removal bag is an excellent dust removal filter element made from polyimide (PI) fiber as raw material. Due to the presence of rigid cyclic groups in the fiber molecular structure, it has long-term temperature resistance of 190-260 ℃ and excellent acid and hydrolysis resistance. It is designed for complex flue gas with medium to high temperature and corrosive media, and is widely used in industries such as garbage incineration, chemical industry, and non-ferrous metal smelting. It can stably achieve ultra-low emissions of export dust concentration ≤ 5mg/m ³.

Its working mechanism continues the "filtration cleaning" cycle: after the dusty flue gas enters the bag filter, the irregular fiber structure of P84 fibers (with a three leaf cross-section) can intercept the dust at a suitable speed, forming a dense "dust initial layer"; With the porous properties of the fibers (air permeability of 2-4m ³/(m ² · min)), the purified flue gas flows smoothly, and at the same time, the filter bag is confirmed to operate stably for a long time by pulse blowing for dust removal (starting when the differential pressure reaches 1800-2500Pa). Compared to ordinary medium temperature cloth bags, the high resilience of P84 fiber can reduce fiber damage during dust cleaning and extend its service life.

The core advantages are reflected in three aspects: firstly, strong temperature resistance and performance stability, with long-term temperature resistance far exceeding that of polyester bags (190-260 ℃), short-term high temperature tolerance of 280 ℃, and ability to resist corrosion from sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid smoke with concentration ≤ 10%, suitable for complex working conditions such as waste incineration containing HCl and chemical sulfur-containing tail gas; Secondly, it has good filtration accuracy, with an increased cross-sectional area of the three leaf shaped fibers and a specific surface area. Its capture efficiency for fine dust particles ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 μ m is ≥ 90%, which is superior to PPS bags. It is particularly suitable for synergistic treatment of dioxin adsorption (which can be loaded with activated carbon coatings); Thirdly, it has good anti condensation ability and excellent fiber hydrophobicity. Under the condition of smoke moisture content ≤ 20%, it is not easy for dust to adhere and block due to condensation, reducing the frequency of dust cleaning.

The main limitations are cost and low-temperature adaptability: the material cost is about 5-8 times that of ordinary polyester bags, and the initial investment is relatively high; Fiber rigidity reinforcement in low temperature environments (<120 ℃) can easily cause creases during dust cleaning, and long-term use may affect its lifespan. Typical application scenarios include: garbage incinerators (flue gas temperature of 180-220 ℃, containing HCl and dioxins, requiring collaborative removal), chemical industry (resin synthesis, dye production tail gas, temperature of 190-240 ℃, containing acidic media), non-ferrous metal smelting (copper/lead smelting flue gas, temperature of 200-250 ℃, containing heavy metals and SO ₂). Currently, P84 bags are further improving their temperature and folding resistance through composite processes such as P84+PTFE blending. At the same time, lightweight fibers are used to reduce costs and expand their application space in the medium to high temperature environmental protection management industry.
