Polyester dust removal bag is an industrial dust removal filter element made of polyester (polyester fiber) as the core raw material, suitable for medium and low temperature flue gas environments of 80-150 ℃. With the advantages of low material cost, good processing performance, and good filtration stability, it has become the mainstream choice for low-temperature dust control in industries such as grain processing, furniture manufacturing, mechanical processing, and small and medium-sized boilers. It can achieve ultra-low emission requirements of export dust concentration ≤ 10mg/m ³.

Its work follows the "filtration cleaning" cycle mechanism: after the dusty flue gas enters the bag filter, the airflow passes through the filter bag, and the dust particles are intercepted by fibers, inertial collisions, and diffusion effects on the surface of the filter bag, gradually forming a "dust initial layer" and further improving the filtration accuracy; When the resistance of the filter bag rises to 1500-2500Pa (through differential pressure monitoring), the dust is cleaned by pulse blowing or mechanical vibration, and the dust falls into the ash hopper for recycling, restoring the filtering capacity of the filter bag. The porous structure of polyester fibers and moderate air permeability (1-3m ³/(m ² · min)) not only protect filtration efficiency, but also avoid excessive airflow resistance.

According to the differences in process modification, polyester dust removal bags are mainly divided into two categories: one is ordinary polyester bags, woven with native polyester fibers, with long-term temperature resistance of 80-120 ℃, resistance to weak acids and alkalis, and a cost only half of that of medium temperature PPS bags, suitable for non corrosive, low humidity medium low temperature flue gas (such as grain drying, wood processing flue gas); The second is PTFE coated polyester cloth bag (modified polyester), which is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) on the surface of polyester fibers to improve temperature resistance to 130-150 ℃, while enhancing acid and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for medium temperature flue gas containing a small amount of water vapor or weak acidity (such as small biomass boilers, furniture spray painting pre-treatment flue gas), and its service life is extended by 30% to 50% compared to ordinary polyester cloth bags.
