Medium temperature dust removal bag is an industrial dust removal core component that is suitable for flue gas environments ranging from 120 to 200 ℃. It captures dust particles within this temperature range through a physical filtration mechanism, and has advantages such as good filtration accuracy, strong temperature adaptability, and controllable cost. It is widely used in medium temperature flue gas emission scenarios such as industrial boilers, chemical reaction vessels, grain processing, and wood drying. It is a key equipment for achieving ultra-low emissions of dust concentration ≤ 10mg/m ³.

Its working principle is consistent with that of high-temperature dust removal bags, divided into "filtration" and "cleaning" cycles: after the dusty flue gas enters the bag filter, the airflow passes through the filter bag, and the dust is intercepted by the "dust initial layer" formed by the filter bag fibers and surface, and the purified flue gas is discharged; When the resistance of the filter bag rises to 1500-2500Pa, the dust is cleaned by pulse blowing, mechanical vibration and other methods, and the dust falls into the ash hopper for recycling, restoring the filtering capacity of the filter bag. The difference is that the medium temperature cloth bag is optimized for materials used in 120-200 ℃ working conditions, without the need to withstand extreme high temperatures, while avoiding condensation problems in low-temperature working conditions.

The selection of core materials focuses on "medium temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy processing". There are three mainstream types: one is modified polyester (PTFE coated polyester), which has a long-term temperature resistance of 130-150 ℃, resistance to weak acids and alkalis, low cost, good flexibility, and is suitable for medium temperature flue gas without strong corrosion such as grain drying and wood processing; The second type is polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber, which has a temperature resistance of 150-180 ℃ and better hydrolysis resistance than polyester. It is suitable for medium temperature flue gas containing a small amount of water vapor in the chemical industry (such as resin production exhaust gas); The third is the basic version of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), which is resistant to temperatures of 180-200 ℃ and sulfuric acid mist corrosion. It is suitable for medium temperature flue gas in the low-temperature section (after cooling) of small and medium-sized coal-fired boilers and garbage incinerators, with outstanding cost-effectiveness.
