The cyclone element inside the HX1410 cyclone dust collector is made of cast iron or ceramic, with a thickness greater than 6mm. This dust collector is not only suitable for various boiler dust control, but also an ideal equipment for dust control in industries such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, and chemical engineering.
The HX1410 cyclone dust collector is used for dust removal. The resistance of the dust collector body is less than 900Pa, and the boiler can operate normally with the existing boiler induced draft fan. This dust collector has good load adaptability and can remove dust at 70% load.
The form of HX1410 cyclone dust collector:
Type I horizontal air outlet and Type II (upper air outlet). For Type I twin tube combination, there are two types of combinations: center inlet and outlet air and side inlet and outlet air. Type I single tube cyclone dust collector and three tube multi tube cyclone dust collector only have side outlet air, while four tube and six tube combination only have center inlet and outlet air. For various combinations of Type II, any of the above Type I inlet positions can be used. This multi tube cyclone dust collector has the characteristics of low resistance, large dust removal and processing air volume, stable performance, small footprint, simple structure, practicality and low cost. Suitable for coarse and intermediate dust purification in various mechanical processing, metallurgical building materials, and mining operations.
Maintenance method of HX1410 cyclone dust collector:
1. When the HX1410 cyclone dust collector is undergoing maintenance, the power should be cut off first. The operator should carry the key to the operation panel and hang a sign on the panel that reads "under maintenance, strictly prohibited from operation".
2. For positive pressure glass fiber bag dust collectors that handle high-temperature gases, measures should be taken to prevent heatstroke when hanging filter bags in the gas distribution room during summer for multi tube dust collectors.
3. When dealing with toxic gases entering the multi tube dust collector for maintenance, it is necessary to prevent possible oxygen deficiency and gas poisoning accidents by replacing the gas in the system with air.
4. After each maintenance is completed, carefully check if any tools or other debris have fallen into the equipment. Check whether the protective covers of the multi tube dust collector are installed properly and do not rush to work.
5. When the dust collection system of HX1410 cyclone dust collector is started or stopped, it is necessary to contact other positions and obtain approval before starting or stopping according to the operating procedures.
