The XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector is a type of dust collector suitable for capturing dry, non fibrous granular dust. The main feature of this dust collector is its inverted conical shape, which reduces the possibility of dust containing gas short circuiting from the center of the cylinder to the outlet. The XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector is equipped with a conical reflector to prevent the separated dust from being re rolled up by the two airflows and carried out by the rising airflow, thus improving the dust removal efficiency.
The cyclone element in the XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector is made of cast iron or ceramic, with a thickness greater than 6mm, therefore it has good performance. This dust collector is not only suitable for various boiler dust control, but also an ideal equipment for dust control in industries such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, and chemical engineering.
The dust removal efficiency of XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector can reach above, and the resistance of the dust collector body is less than 900Pa. With the existing boiler induced draft fan, the boiler can operate normally. This dust collector has good load adaptability, with a dust removal efficiency above 70% load.
Working principle of XD-II multi tube cyclone dust collector:
The dusty airflow enters the cylinder through the inlet flue, which is a circular cylinder. Water enters the main cylinder from the upper water injection tank of the dust collector, forming a layer of water film on the inner wall of the entire cylinder to flow from top to bottom. The flue gas enters from the lower part of the cylinder tangentially and rotates upward inside the cylinder. The dusty gas always rubs against the water film on the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, so that the dusty gas is wetted by the water film. The dust particles flow with the water to the bottom of the dust collector and are discharged through the overflow hole. The bottom of the cylinder is sealed and equipped with a water seal groove to prevent the smoke from leaking out from the bottom. There are cleaning holes for easy cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. After dust removal, the wastewater is discharged from the bottom overflow hole into the sedimentation tank, where it is neutralized and recycled.
