Cyclone Dust Collector

Cyclone Dust Collector is an industrial dust removal technology that uses the centrifugal force generated by rotating air flow to separate particulate matter from dusty gases, and the core equipment is a cyclone dust collector, which is suitable for treating particulate pollutants with a particle size greater than 10 μm. Its structure is simple, no moving parts, with the characteristics of small footprint and low maintenance cost, and the body material can be selected according to the working conditions to extend the service life. 

The dusty gas enters the dust collector tangentially to form an external swirl flow, and the particles are thrown to the wall of the container under the action of centrifugal force and fall along the wall to the ash discharge pipe, and the purified gas is discharged through the internal rotation flow. The dust removal efficiency of 5-15μm particles can reach more than 85%, but the efficiency of particles below 5μm is low, and it is often used in combination with bag dust collectors to improve the comprehensive efficiency. The equipment can handle dusty gases with a temperature of up to 500 °C, and is widely used in metallurgy, chemical and other fields of large particle dust pretreatment.
