The GF-CC filter cartridge dust collector is a new type of single machine dust removal equipment optimized and developed based on the absorption of advanced technology and the needs of domestic industrial scenarios. With high mobility, efficient filtration, and low energy consumption as its core advantages, it is widely adapted to the local dust control needs of multiple industries such as mechanical processing, furniture manufacturing, electronics, and medicine, and has become the preferred solution for small spaces and mobile work scenarios.

From the perspective of structural design, the device adopts a modular integrated architecture, with the core consisting of four parts: a collection unit, a multi-stage filtering system, an intelligent dust cleaning device, and a mobile base. The collection unit is equipped with a universal flexible suction arm, which can be flexibly extended to dust producing points such as welding and polishing, accurately capturing dusty gases; The filtration system adopts a dual structure of "primary pre filtration+PTFE membrane filter cartridge". The primary filter first intercepts large particles of dust, and the subsequent filter cartridge maximizes the filtration area through a pleated design. Under the same volume, the filtration area is increased by more than three times compared to traditional bag filters; The dust cleaning system is equipped with a fully automatic pulse control module, combined with a specially designed Venturi tube drainage technology, which can automatically trigger the spraying and cleaning of dust by pressing the differential pressure. The dust stripping rate exceeds 90%, effectively maintaining the stable operation of the equipment; The bottom adjustable casters and compact body (some models only have 5005001200mm) allow it to flexibly shuttle between workshop workstations.

The workflow follows the closed-loop logic of "precise collection graded filtration automatic dust cleaning": after entering the box through the suction arm, the dusty gas first passes through the primary filter layer to block dust particles with a particle size greater than 10 μ m, and the remaining airflow containing fine dust passes through the filter cartridge. The PTFE coated filter material has a filtration efficiency of 90% for dust particles above 0.3 μ m, and the purified gas is discharged through the outlet to meet the standard. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value (usually around 1000Pa), the pulse cleaning system automatically starts. The compressed air is evenly sprayed after pressure regulation and filtration, and the dust falls into the 40L large capacity dust box. The entire process does not require manual intervention, and the filtering operation is not interrupted during dust cleaning.

Compared to conventional dust removal equipment, its advantages are particularly significant: strong mobility, wheel design makes it suitable for multi station mobile operations, solving the limitations of traditional equipment fixed installation; High safety, built-in motor overcurrent and overload protection and IP54 protection device, suitable for humid and dusty industrial environments; Easy operation and maintenance, filter cartridge replacement can be completed by a single person without entering the interior of the machine, and the filter material has a service life of up to 1-2 years, greatly reducing maintenance costs; Lower energy consumption, optimized airflow path reduces operating resistance to only 800-1200Pa, saving more than 30% energy compared to bag filters.

The equipment typically handles air volumes ranging from 1200-110000m ³/h and can be matched with different dust production scales as needed. It can meet the requirements of single machine welding smoke control and can also meet the needs of small production lines through multiple parallel units. However, it should be noted that for high temperature (>120 ℃) or strongly viscous dust, pre-treatment devices should be installed in advance to avoid filter cartridge blockage and failure.
