Pulse filter cartridge dust collector is an industrial dust removal equipment that combines pulse dust cleaning technology with the advantages of filter cartridge filtration. Its core characteristics are efficient purification, intelligent dust cleaning, and stable operation. It is widely used in industries such as mechanical processing, chemical engineering, building materials, and electronics, and can accurately control various small and medium air volume dust pollution such as welding dust, cutting dust, and powder materials. It is one of the mainstream equipment for dust control in modern industrial workshops.

The core structure of the equipment is designed in a modular manner, mainly consisting of a filter cartridge filtration unit, a pulse ash cleaning system, an airflow guidance device, an ash hopper, and an ash discharge component. The filter unit of the filter cartridge adopts a pleated structure, and the filter material is mostly polyester fiber or PTFE membrane material. Under the same volume, the filtration area is 3-5 times that of traditional cloth bags, laying the foundation for efficient dust capture; The pulse cleaning system consists of a pulse valve, a gas storage tank, and a spray pipe. It uses compressed air to instantly blow and quickly remove dust from the surface of the filter cartridge, avoiding blockage; Optimizing the direction of dusty airflow with airflow guidance device to prevent direct flushing of the filter cartridge and extend its service life; The ash hopper adopts a conical design, combined with a star shaped discharge valve, to achieve centralized collection and discharge of dust, reducing secondary dust.

Its working principle follows the cycle of "filtration cleaning ash discharge": dusty gas enters the equipment through the inlet, passes through the filter cartridge uniformly through the air flow guide device, and the dust is trapped on the surface of the filter cartridge. The purified gas is discharged through the outlet through the clean air chamber. When the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter cartridge causes the equipment resistance to reach the set value (usually 800-1200Pa), the pulse cleaning system automatically starts and sprays the filter cartridge in sequence. The dust falls into the ash hopper and is finally discharged through the ash discharge component. The entire process can be fully automated through a PLC control system, without the need for frequent manual operations.

Compared to traditional dust removal equipment, pulse filter cartridge dust collectors have obvious advantages: high dust removal efficiency, with a filtration efficiency of over 90% for dust above 0.3 μ m; Low operating resistance, energy consumption is reduced by about 30% compared to bag filters; Easy maintenance, filter cartridge service life of 1-2 years, can be replaced by a single person; Flexible installation, can adopt vertical, horizontal and other installation methods according to on-site needs, suitable for different workshop spaces. However, its processing air volume is mostly between 200-10000 m ³/h, which is more suitable for small and medium air volume scenarios, and it needs to be pre treated for high temperature (>120 ℃) and high humidity dust.
