Offline bag filter is a subdivision type of bag filter designed for high air volume and high concentration dust scenarios. Its core advantages include offline dust cleaning in separate rooms, no secondary dust, and continuous stable operation. It is widely used in heavy industries such as power, building materials, and metallurgy, and can handle gases with dust concentration ≤ 3000g/m ³ and air volume 10000-200000m ³/h. Its filtration efficiency for dust particles with a particle size of 0.1 μ m or more exceeds 90%. It is a key equipment for achieving centralized dust control in large industrial production lines (such as cement kilns and power plant boilers).

From the perspective of structural design, its core highlight is the "multi chamber box+independent offline system": the main body is divided into 4-16 independent filter chambers, each equipped with dedicated inlet valves, outlet lifting valves, and pulse blowing components, forming an independent dust removal unit; The filter bag is made of high-temperature resistant (based on actual reports) and wear-resistant (based on actual reports) special filter materials such as PPS and PTFE, with a length of 3-6m. It is fixed on the filter bag flower plate with a spring expansion ring to confirm that there is no air leakage between the filter chambers; The ash hopper adopts a conical design and is equipped with heating and arch breaking devices to prevent high humidity dust condensation and bridging. The bottom is connected to a star shaped discharge valve and a screw conveyor to achieve continuous dust discharge; Simultaneously equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, real-time monitoring of resistance and temperature in each filter chamber, and automatic adjustment of cleaning sequence.

The working principle revolves around the "alternate offline cleaning of rooms": the dusty gas is distributed to each filter chamber through the airflow equalization device, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas passes through the filter bag and flows into the main air outlet for discharge; When the resistance of a certain filter chamber rises to 1500-1800Pa, the system closes the inlet and exhaust valves of the filter chamber, making it "offline" with the main airflow. Then, the pulse valve starts to blow and clean the dust, and the dust falls into the ash hopper after peeling off; After the dust cleaning is completed, the filter chamber resumes air intake and exhaust, while other filter chambers filter normally without interrupting the overall dust removal operation, avoiding secondary dust problems during online dust cleaning.

Compared to other bag filters, its advantages are significant: high concentration resistance and good ability to remove high concentration dust thoroughly during offline cleaning, avoiding filter bag blockage; Better operation, redundant design with multiple filter chambers, and single chamber maintenance without affecting overall operation; Suitable for complex working conditions, high temperature resistant (based on actual reports) filter material combined with insulation ash hopper can handle high-temperature dusty gases up to 280 ℃. Attention during use: Regularly check the sealing components of the filter chamber to prevent air leakage; Adjust the cleaning interval according to the characteristics of dust to avoid excessive wear on the filter bag; Confirm that the compressed air is filtered through word-of-mouth to prevent oil contamination of the filter bag.
