A single machine bag filter is a small industrial dust removal equipment that integrates bag filtration and simple dust cleaning functions. Its core advantages are compact structure, flexible installation, and low operation and maintenance costs. It is widely used in local dust production points in industries such as mechanical processing, furniture manufacturing, food processing, and welding. It can handle gases with dust concentration ≤ 1000g/m ³ and air volume of 200-6000m ³/h, and has a filtration efficiency of over 90% for dust particles with a diameter of 0.3 μ m or more. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized enterprises to solve local dust pollution and protect workshop air quality.
From the perspective of structural design, the equipment adopts an integrated architecture, with the core consisting of four parts: a single box filter unit, a simple ash cleaning system, ash hopper and ash discharge components, and a fan unit. The overall volume is compact, and small models only occupy an area of 0.5 square meters, without the need for complex infrastructure, and can be directly installed on the ground or wall. The filtering unit is the core, with 10-60 filter bags (the number of which is adapted according to the processing air volume) built into the box. The length of the filter bags is 1.2-2m, and the filter materials are customized according to the characteristics of the dust: polyester fiber filter bags are selected for processing ordinary dry dust, waterproof (based on actual reports) and oil proof (based on actual reports) coated filter bags are selected for welding dust, and anti stick filter bags are selected for woodworking dust. The filter bags are fixed by clamps or spring expansion rings, and disassembly and assembly do not require specialized tools, and can be operated by a single person; Transparent observation windows and maintenance doors are installed on the side of the box to facilitate real-time monitoring of the status and daily maintenance of the filter bags. The simple dust cleaning system is divided into two types: manual vibration and small pulse blowing. The manual vibration type strikes the filter bag frame through the handle on the outside of the box, suitable for low air volume and low dust concentration scenarios, with low cost and no energy consumption; The pulse jet type is equipped with a small air storage tank and 1-3 pulse valves. It can achieve timed ash cleaning (with an interval of 10-30 minutes) through a simple controller, with a jet pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa, suitable for medium air volume requirements, and more thorough ash cleaning. The ash hopper adopts a conical design with a capacity of 50-200L, and is equipped with a manual butterfly valve or a small star shaped discharge valve at the bottom. The manual butterfly valve is suitable for intermittent production scenarios and is used for regular manual ash discharge; The star shaped discharge valve is suitable for continuous dust production scenarios, which can achieve continuous discharge of dust and avoid secondary dust. The fan unit is integrated into the air outlet of the box, using a low-noise centrifugal fan with a wind pressure of 800-1500Pa. It is confirmed that the dusty gas enters the equipment stably. Some models can be equipped with silencers, and the operating noise is controlled below 75dB. It is suitable for close range installation in the workshop.
