Single machine pulse bag filter is a small-scale industrial dust removal equipment that integrates pulse cleaning technology and bag filtration advantages. With compact structure, convenient installation, and low operation and maintenance costs as its core advantages, it is widely used in local dust control in industries such as mechanical processing, welding, furniture manufacturing, and food processing. It can handle gases with dust concentration ≤ 1000g/m ³ and air volume of 200-6000m ³/h, and has a filtration efficiency of over 90% for dust particles with a diameter of 0.3 μ m or more. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized dust production points to achieve dust emission standards.

From the perspective of structural design, the equipment adopts an integrated architecture, with the core consisting of a single box filtering unit, a small pulse ash cleaning system, an ash hopper and discharge valve, and a fan unit. The overall volume is only 1/5-1/3 of that of an air box pulse bag filter, and the small model occupies less than 1 square meter. The filtering unit is the core, and the box is equipped with 10-60 filter bags (the quantity is adapted according to the air volume), with a length of 1.2-2m. The filter materials are mostly made of polyester fiber, anti-static (based on actual reports) filter media, etc. Customized according to different dust characteristics, such as waterproof (based on actual reports) and oil proof (based on actual reports) filter media for welding fumes, and anti sticking filter media for woodworking dust; The filter bag is fixed with a clamp type seal, which is easy to disassemble and assemble. At the same time, there is a maintenance door on the side of the box, which is convenient for daily inspection and filter bag replacement. The small-scale pulse ash cleaning system is simplified as a combination of "gas storage tank+pulse valve+spray pipe", with a spray pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa. It can achieve timed or differential pressure ash cleaning through a simple PLC controller, without the need for complex box control; The ash hopper adopts a conical design with a capacity of 50-200L. The bottom is equipped with a manual butterfly valve or a small star shaped discharge valve, suitable for small and medium dust emissions. The manual valve is suitable for intermittent ash cleaning, and the star shaped valve is suitable for continuous ash discharge; The fan unit is integrated into the air outlet of the box, using a centrifugal fan with a wind pressure of 800-1500Pa. It is confirmed that the airflow is stable. Some models can be equipped with silencers according to demand to reduce operating noise (controlled below 75dB).

Its working principle follows the logic of "integrated filtration pulse cleaning simple ash discharge", and the process is more suitable for single machine scenarios: dusty gas enters the box through the side or bottom air inlet of the equipment, is guided by the airflow guide plate, and evenly passes through the outside of the filter bag. The dust is trapped on the surface of the filter bag, forming a "dust initial layer" to improve filtration efficiency. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber through the inside of the filter bag and is discharged by the top fan; When the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter bag causes the equipment resistance to rise to the set value (1200-1600Pa) or reach the scheduled time (usually 10-30 minutes), the pulse cleaning system starts, and the pulse valve releases compressed air in sequence, which is sprayed into the filter bag at high speed through the spray pipe, causing the filter bag to instantly expand and shake, peeling off the surface dust, and the dust falls into the lower ash hopper; After the dust accumulates to a certain amount in the ash hopper, it is cleaned regularly by manual butterfly valves or automatically discharged by star shaped discharge valves to complete the entire dust removal cycle.
