The long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector is an industrial dust removal equipment that integrates the design of long filter bags and low-pressure pulse dust cleaning technology. Its core advantages are large air volume, good dust cleaning efficiency, and stable operation. It is widely used in industries such as power, building materials, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. It can effectively capture high air volume dust containing gases such as boiler smoke, cement kiln dust, and ore crushing dust. The filtration efficiency of dust particles with a particle size of 0.1 μ m or more is over 90%. It is the core equipment for dust control in large-scale industrial production.

From the perspective of structural design, the equipment adopts a modular box structure, with the core consisting of a filter bag chamber, a low-pressure pulse ash cleaning system, an ash hopper, an airflow distribution device, and an exhaust system. The filter bag room is the core filtration area, with a built-in filter bag length of 3-6m (far exceeding the filter bag length of ordinary dust collectors by 1-2m). The filter bag material is selected based on the characteristics of the flue gas, such as PPS, PTFE, and other high-temperature resistant (based on actual reports) and corrosion-resistant (based on actual reports) filter materials. By reducing the number of filter bags, the equipment footprint is greatly saved; The low-pressure pulse dust cleaning system consists of a low-pressure pulse valve, a gas storage tank, and a blowing pipe. Its working principle follows the "filtration cleaning ash discharge" cycle: dusty gas enters the equipment through the air inlet, is evenly distributed to the filter bag chamber through the air flow distribution device, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas passes through the filter bag and enters the clean air chamber, which is discharged by the exhaust system; When the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bag causes the equipment resistance to rise to the set value (1200-1500Pa), the low-pressure pulse dust cleaning system starts in sequence. Low pressure compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag through the spray pipe, causing the filter bag to instantly expand and shake. After the dust is peeled off, it falls into the ash hopper. After completing the dust cleaning, the equipment returns to the filtering state, and the entire process can be fully automatically controlled by the PLC system.

Compared to ordinary dust collectors, its advantages are significant: it has a large processing air volume, with a single device processing air volume of up to 5000-100000m ³/h, suitable for large industrial production lines; Good dust cleaning effect, low pressure pulse avoids excessive wear of the filter bag, extends the service life of the filter bag to 2-3 years, and confirms thorough dust stripping; Low energy consumption, low-pressure injection saves more than 30% of compressed air energy consumption compared to high-pressure pulse; Land saving, long filter bag design reduces the number of filter bags, and the equipment occupies 40% less space than ordinary dust collectors under the same processing air volume. Attention during use: Regularly check the integrity of the filter bag to prevent damage and dust leakage; Control the intake temperature and humidity to avoid condensation or blockage of the filter bag; The ash hopper needs to be promptly emptied to prevent dust accumulation from causing bridging.
