The photo oxygen activated carbon integrated machine is an integrated waste gas treatment equipment that combines UV photo oxygen catalytic technology and activated carbon adsorption technology. Through the collaborative mechanism of "decomposition first, adsorption later", it solves the problem of incomplete purification by a single technology. Its core advantages lie in a wide treatment range, high purification efficiency, and adaptability to complex waste gases. It is widely used in industries such as spraying, printing, chemical, plastic processing, furniture manufacturing, etc. It can effectively remove pollutants such as VOCs, odors, and foul odors, and is the preferred solution for achieving standard emissions of low - and medium concentration complex waste gases.
From the perspective of structural design, the equipment adopts an integrated vertical or horizontal box structure, with the core consisting of four parts: pretreatment unit, photocatalytic unit, activated carbon adsorption unit, and exhaust unit. Each unit is orderly connected in series to form a closed-loop purification process. The preprocessing unit is equipped with a primary filter and a defogging layer to intercept dust, oil mist, and water mist in the exhaust gas, avoiding blockage or failure of subsequent units; The photocatalytic unit is equipped with a built-in UV lamp tube (mostly 185nm+254nm dual wavelength) and a nano TiO ₂ catalyst. The high-energy ultraviolet light generated by the lamp tube can crack the molecular bonds of organic pollutants, while the catalyst accelerates the oxidation reaction; Activated carbon adsorption units filled with honeycomb or columnar activated carbon (specific surface area>1000 ㎡/g) are used to adsorb pollutants that have not been completely decomposed; The exhaust unit is equipped with a centrifugal fan and muffler to ensure stable flow of exhaust gas and reduce operating noise. The box material can be selected from carbon steel (anti-corrosion coating) and stainless steel (304/316L) according to the nature of the exhaust gas, suitable for different corrosive environments.
Its working principle revolves around the synergistic effect of "photo oxygen decomposition+activated carbon adsorption": the exhaust gas containing pollutants is first treated by a pretreatment unit to remove impurities, avoiding affecting the subsequent purification efficiency; After entering the photocatalytic unit, the UV ultraviolet lamp releases high-energy photons to destroy the chemical structure of VOCs and odor molecules, decomposing them into harmless substances such as water and carbon dioxide. At the same time, the nano TiO ₂ catalyst generates hydroxyl radicals under UV irradiation, enhancing the oxidation and decomposition effect, and can initially remove 60% -80% of organic pollutants; The residual pollutants that have not been completely decomposed enter the activated carbon adsorption unit with the airflow, and are captured and fixed by the porous structure of activated carbon, further improving the purification effect. The final purified gas (with a total VOCs removal rate of up to 90% -90%) is discharged in compliance with standards through the exhaust unit.
