Product Details

The Light Oxygen Purifier is an organic waste gas treatment equipment that relies on UV ultraviolet photolysis and catalytic oxidation technology. Its core advantages are no consumables, thorough decomposition, and no secondary pollution. It is widely used in industries such as spraying, printing, chemical engineering, and plastic processing, and is suitable for the treatment of low to medium concentration (100-1000mg/m ³) VOCs and odorous gases. It is a key equipment for industrial waste gas emission standards.

The equipment adopts a modular sealed box design, with the core consisting of a pretreatment unit, a UV photocatalytic unit, and an exhaust unit. The preprocessing unit is equipped with a primary filter to intercept dust and oil mist, avoiding contamination of core components; The UV photocatalytic unit is the core, equipped with 185nm+254nm dual wavelength quartz UV lamps (with a lifespan of 8000-12000 hours) and nano TiO ₂ catalytic plates to ensure photocatalytic and catalytic effects; The exhaust unit includes a centrifugal fan and a muffler to ensure stable airflow and reduce noise (≤ 75dB). The box material can be selected from carbon steel, stainless steel, or PP, suitable for different corrosive environments.

The working principle revolves around "photolysis+catalysis": after pre-treatment and impurity removal, the exhaust gas enters the photocatalytic unit. 185nm ultraviolet radiation breaks down organic molecular bonds and decomposes large VOCs into small molecules; 254nm ultraviolet light excites the TiO ₂ catalytic plate, generating strong oxidative hydroxyl radicals that further oxidize small molecules into CO ₂ and water. The removal rate of organic pollutants reaches 80% -90%, and there is no waste residue or liquid generated throughout the process.

Attention should be paid when using: exhaust gas dust concentration ≤ 10mg/m ³, oil mist ≤ 5mg/m ³. If it exceeds the standard, pre-treatment should be strengthened; Regularly replace UV lamps to avoid UV leakage; Do not handle high concentration halogen and heavy metal exhaust gases to prevent catalyst poisoning. Overall, photo oxygen purifiers have become the preferred choice for the treatment of low to medium concentration organic waste gases due to their low cost and high efficiency.
